AIYUG is a skill-based, paper-trading competition platform. By using it you agree these Terms govern your access. This is a pre-launch draft for review; final terms will be published at launch.
By creating an account or using AIYUG, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Competition Rules and Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old.
AIYUG runs trading competitions using simulated, virtual funds only. No real money is ever traded, deposited, invested, or at risk. AIYUG is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or portfolio manager, and provides no regulated financial service. Nothing on the platform is financial advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the Competition Rules. Self-declared advisory credentials (e.g. SEBI registration) are shown with a disclaimer and are not verified or endorsed by AIYUG.
Competitions are ranked by return % on virtual capital, subject to the published Competition Rules. Rewards consist of recognition and visibility to investors — there are no cash prizes, and AIYUG does not hold, transfer, or facilitate any funds between participants and investors. Any participant–investor connection shown is informational only.
You agree not to manipulate results, use bots or automation to gain an unfair edge, mirror or collude on signals, harass other users, or solicit users to off-platform paid services. Violations may lead to disqualification, removal from the Wall of Fame, suspension, or ban.
You retain ownership of content you post (strategies, comments, stories) but grant AIYUG a licence to display it on the platform, including the Wall of Fame. Flagged conversations may be reviewed by moderators for safety; all such access is logged.
Simulated results are not indicative of real-world outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIYUG is not liable for any decisions you make based on platform content. Trading real markets involves substantial risk; consult a licensed adviser before investing.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
