Account details you provide (name, email, display name, optional social links and self-declared advisory credentials); content you create (strategies, signals, comments, winner stories); and usage data (races joined, in-app activity, device and log information).
No bank accounts, card numbers, or brokerage credentials. No real money moves through AIYUG, so we never store payment or funding information for competitions.
To run competitions and rank leaderboards; to power the social layer (profiles, chat, Wall of Fame); to keep the platform safe (fraud, abuse and anomaly detection); and to communicate service updates. We do not sell your personal data.
Public profile fields, rankings, and published winner content are visible to other users by design. We share data with service providers (hosting, analytics, email) under contract, and where required by law. Investor connections are informational; we do not share private data with investors without your action.
Direct messages are private between participants. Threads that are reported or auto-flagged for safety may be reviewed by moderators. All moderator access to conversations is logged and used only for trust-and-safety purposes.
You can edit or remove profile information, control certain notifications, and request account deletion. Contact us to exercise data-access or deletion rights available in your jurisdiction.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data and retain it only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
